When I'm not lifting, I enjoy traveling, being with my family and friends, working at the hospital, being with kids, singing, playing piano, reading, and writing.

First off, I'd like to thank God for giving me the ability to lift and be successful. For it is through Christ I get my strength. My Dad, for being the best coach, father, and friend anyone could ask for.
